  6. enforcement legislation.The system leads officers form initial receipt of
  7. complaint through inspections to the serving of statutory notices.A diary
  8. facility is incorporated to enable inspection appointments to be logged and any
  9. resulting non-conformance with legislation recorded. The system, by determining
  10. the type of property, ownership, nature of compliant etc., assists in
  11. identifying the most appropriate course of action for unfit property including
  12. the production of statutory notices. All notices produced are recorded with
  13. commencement and completion information to enable the monitoring of compliance.
  14. Works in default procedures include a specification package to enable the
  15. production of detailed schedules of work, incorporate approved contractors,
  16. competitive tendering of the work required and monitoring of payments.A
  17. management reporting system is incorporated to enable monitoring of work loads,
  18. nature of complaints, action taken and the effective monitoring of performance.
